Where is the Channel list?

Please request channel list here 

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, but not simultaneously. Basically, 1 subscription can be used on multiple devices but not at the very same time

M3u line is not loading/working?

If your m3u line doesn't works check the following:

 

  • On a PC or laptop try your m3u url using VLC software. Go to Media/Open Network Stream/Network and add the m3u url. If the line is working means that the issue is on your end (device, Internet Service Provider, Internet Connection)

  • When entering the m3u url into your device, make sure there is not any empty/blank space

  • If line doesn't works from your PC or Laptop, please contact us for support

Some or more channels are not working correctly?

Before reporting a channel follow instructions below:

  • If cannot watch any channel, then check point described above

  • Make sure you are connected through LAN cable to your Router. Avoid using WIFI

  • For STBs, Android Boxes, etc. clean up date and cache and reboot your device

  • Unplug your device and wait for 30 sec. before turning them back on

  • Try installing another app and check if the issue persists

Do you offer adult channels?

No, we don’t provide adult content

Do you have EPG (Electronic Program Guide)?

Yes, you should have receive an EPG url when activating your account

My subscription is not working?

  • As first step always check out your internet connection and reboot your device and router

  • Check out if your subscription is not being used from another device. As stated above, it is not possible and your connection will be kicked out

 

When does my subscription start to be active?

From the moment you receive login details your Subscription is active and you can start watching

e.g: If you receive email with login details at 10:00 pm on 15th March, for a 6 months subscription. It will be valid from that moment until 09:59 pm 14th June 

If experiencing any issue you should check the following:

  • Double check login details are entered correctly

  • Check if you are connected through LAN cable

  • Check if is there any other device connected to the same network maybe downloading files or watching online content. This will reduce considerable your broadband 

  • As a minimum requirement for a stable connection without buffering your internet speed should be above 30mbp (downloading). To check your speed visit: https://fast.com/

  • Check downloading speed from device you are trying to stream our service. It should be the same speed form your laptop/pc, otherwise that's mean there is an issue in your network

  • Try from another device and another application

  • Check whether is there any high processor demanding application running in the background of your device and stop it

  • Check if you Internet Service Provider is having problem in your area: https://downdetector.co.uk/

  • Uninstall and reinstall the application. It should work

Why some channels are buffering?

It can happen due to your low internet speed or because of the high internet traffic

Resolution:

  • Check if you are connected through LAN cable

  • Check if is there any other device connected to the same network maybe downloading files or watching online content. This will reduce considerable your broadband 

  • As a minimum requirement for a stable connection without buffering your internet speed should be above 50mbp (downloading). To check your speed visit: https://fast.com/

  • Check downloading speed from device you are trying to stream our service. It should be the same speed form your laptop/pc, otherwise that's mean there is an issue in your network

  • Try from another device and another application

  • Check whether is there any high processor demanding application running in the background of your device and stop it

How long does it take to get my account activated?

After payment is confirmed, within around 3 hours your account will be acitvated

 

I'm located in US/UK/CAN, is still possible to subscribe?

Yes, you can suscribe and acces the content from all around the world

Does IPTVINSTANT have subtitles?

If the channel that you are looking for is in the country channels group, then it should have a subtitle in the language of that specific country

Having issue with MAG box or STB emulator?

  • Double check if MAC address provided is correct

  • Double check portal url 

  • Your internet speed connection must be wired to your router. Avoid using Wifi or mobilde data

  • Did you try resetting your device to factory settings?

  • Are your device specifications powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming?

  • STB emulator. Clean up data and cache

  • STB emulator. have you followed all step described in our tutorial section on how to setup STB emulator?

I'm getting a black screen in my MAG device.

Straight after set up your device with login details/portal url provided, you need to power off it, unplug power cable and re-plug in. 

What to do if a channels is freezing ?

If a channel freezes while watching you just have to switch to another channel and return back to the channel you were watching. It should fix it. Normally it happens due to a interruption (few secs) during the transmission, hence your application will halt.

I noticed some channels are down or not working properly (no voice/black screen)?

Due to the nature of the service we can't guarantee all channels are working correctly all time as their quality depends on your internet speed, channels specific technical issues, or incompatibilities with your device or application used

I'm only getting sound with no video. What to do?

You would need to check your decoder setting:

1 - Go to Settings in your device/app
2 - Select native for the Decoder
3 - Restart your device

What is IPTV?
